Why it works
Let's dig into the nutrients behind these seeds
Grounded in nutritional science, each sachet contains 30g of nutrient-dense whole foods, delivering minerals, healthy fats, fibre, and lignans. The same daily serving used in peer-reviewed clinical research published on PubMed.
These compounds work in concert to support hormone metabolism, blood sugar stability, and a healthy inflammatory balance.

Why I started this journey
After having my son, I knew something was off.
Low energy. Brutal PMS. And a sadness I couldn't explain.
I saw leading OB/GYNs in London, tried medication, and kept searching for answers.
Then one doctor finally told me: "Nora, there's limited research on alternative PMS treatments. Your options are contraceptive pills, antidepressants, or painkillers."
I left thinking: I can't be the only woman feeling this way.
I was on painkillers for years, until I discovered seed cycling.
The research made sense, it is biologically and nutritionally supported. Seed cycling could work and I tried it.
And it worked like nothing ever had before.
I loved the benefits — but not the prep and guesswork. I didn't have time to measure the correct mix of seeds each day, and I needed something that fit my life.
So I created SEEDBLOOM — for busy women like me.

We believe progress doesn't happen in isolation.
It happens together.
Seeds by NORA exists because women's hormone health hasn't always received the attention it deserves. We want to change that — thoughtfully, together.
Seeds by NORA is about supporting women's hormones and building a community of women who want better options, better information, and better support. Women who want to be part of advancing the science.
We believe progress doesn't happen in isolation. It happens when women share knowledge, experiences, and curiosity — and help move the science forward.
Your experience matters. Sharing your story could help another woman feel less alone. If you'd like, tell us: what's your experience with your hormones? How are you supporting them now? We would love to hear from you.
